Telephone & Remote Login Support

No need for a support contract. You can call to talk about your IT problem and we'll help you sort it out. If required we can remotely connect to your computer to resolve the problem for you.

These services cost £1 per minute, charged in blocks of 15 mins.

Flexible enough to adapt to your business, budget and cash flow needs.

With an edesk ePlan™ we visit or remote connect regularly to perform essential Planned Preventative Maintenance, including system and security updates and take off-site backups.

With an edesk ePlan™ you get direct access to your regular Local IT Support Engineer - Weekdays, Evenings and Weekends too - No 9-5 or anonymous off-shore call-centres here.

With an edesk ePlan™ you can sleep easy in the knowledge that if something should happen, we are right here for you; ensuring you and your business are saved from the inconvenience and unacceptable cost of a lengthy down time.

We provide a great Telephone, Email and Remote Support Service; plus a rapid on-site, face-to-face, person-to-person support service when required.
