Without hesitation, the Number 1 hardware support enquiry or request is Printer related. That being said, computer hardware has become far more reliable over the years, especially with the introduction of Solid State Hard drives [SSD] as opposed to older physical spinning hard disk drives [HDD].

The Number 1 software support enquiry or request is email related. The vast majority of our customers use Outlook; either as part of the stand-alone Microsoft Office Suite or as part of an Office 365 Subscription. The later is a vast suite of apps that are continually evolving.

The Cost of WiFi & Network hardware has fallen dramatically over the last few years, in parallel to the features and performance having increased. We find in the majority of cases, purchasing a quality brand is the determining factor to successful implementation and ongoing success. We use Draytek Modem Routers and Wireless Access Points.
